30-Day Return Policy

At VelluBaby LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must include all tags and labels
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened feeding bottles, pacifiers, or teething products
  • Opened personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at hello@vellubaby.com or call (575) 912-3967
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the package to the address provided

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@vellubaby.com. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@vellubaby.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
